In response to the increased sophistication of the modern vessels and the serious shortfall in adequately qualified seagoing personnel, KISH RO ABI is investing soundly in general and specialized marine training.

With the support of our clients, KISH RO ABI funds the Training Centre which is based in Tehran , Iran. Here, officers and ratings receive theoretical, practical and upgrading training from experienced officers and instructors. Technical, safety and specialist training, leading to internationally recognized qualifications as defined in the STCW 95 and 2010 MAINLA-CONVENTION.
KISH RO ABI operates a marine training Centre, with all facilities and equipment for deck and engine officers and crew training as well as a fully equipped galley for training cooks and stewards as per MLC Convention.

Under full supervision, carefully selected cadets acquire first hand deck and engine experience. Upon completion of the course, these cadets are highly trained navigators, engineers and technicians, fully prepared to be entrusted with positions on board.

Furthermore, similar training activities are carried out in port city of Bandar Abbas and city of khoram-shahr in Iran. In addition to these initiatives, there is a very close co-operation between KISH RO ABI and several Marine Academies and other educational and training centers worldwide.
